Create Custom Audits

We have to use a second provider currently for auditing, but would leave to keep this in house. We would love to see audits for quality management, safeguarding, etc, and be able to add bespoke domains and titles. Audits for clients and the service would be great.

It would be beneficial to generate a monthly report of a list of clients with dates of start and the end of a service and reasons why it ended (passed away, changed providers, etc.)

What specific information or features would you like to see in the comment box to facilitate auditing?
How frequently do you anticipate using the comment box for auditing purposes?
Are there any specific users or roles who should have access to add or view comments in the comment box?

Simo Hännikkälä 1. No features just a comment box under each visit so the audit team can check notes and mar chart and then they can write there concerns down,we are currently using exce to audit and it is just too much for the team, 2 on each visit. 3. All off the office staff.
