Posted on behalf of FI customer. Visit instructions sometimes change during the day so that it's important to store the recurring changes for the next carer immediately. Pinned notes are used but there may be loads of them.

Also, currently carers can only select a Product when they are creating a new visit (if enabled in the Settings). A small enhancement would be to enable carer to change a Product on a visit as well, via a new setting.
