Dear Team,
I would like to ask you if you can design our customised risk assessment templates making us effectively use them across all our clients by filling them online Nursebuddy & save them.
Nursebuddy seem having a common design template across to all risk assessments, which is not possible to customise as per risk. It only highlights generic identification of hazards and the controls to be put in place.
For example, the areas I am looking into having our own customised risk assessments are:
1) Moving and handling
2) Medication
3) Falls/slips/trips
4) Challenging behaviour
5) Nutrition & Hydration risks (allergies, choking, burns, preparation risks etc.)
6) Infection risks
7) Fire risk
8) Bedrail entrapment
9) Skin
Tools associated to risk identifying being:
a) Waterlow score
b) MUST chart
c) Bristol stool chart
d) Mental Health score
e) Repositioning chart
f) Body map
For example a template of FRAT (Falls risk assessment) that can help us populating information in maintaining it across all service users.
Will your team be able to design such templates or allow us to design it in Nursebuddy by ourselves so that it will ease us to populate for all clients and effectively use the risk assessment area. Please advise. Thank you

You are able to input all of the information you need to, yes, its more time consuming but makes you able to tailor it to the exact way you want it. I would like to make the point that when you've entered all relevant information and come to print the document, it doesn't make it easy to read, so maybe the layout could be looked at.

Yes that is very true. We often struggle to find information and get into trouble with Inspectors because the information is not exhaustive. I have seen templates from ACCESS with almost all the info you can think of and all you do is pick and choose what is relevant. Then it also gives you space to add any other info you may have under each area. We were actually thinking of leaving Nursebuddy because of this limitation. I hope this is taken into consideration.
The same is needed with Care Plans
