Excellent idea. Give bespoke permissions to each of the Management team. Very important for me as I want to delegate payroll, but not give full admin access
White River Homecare
We would love an extra option for another job role on the system so our senior staff are able to access the rotas for changes but not the personal managers notes of the rest of the staff and any other personal information that is not relevant to their job role.

We would like to set the permission levels for staff for each tab on NB. For example my seniors / managers dont need to see the payroll report / reports etc

Limit access

Garreth Wooldirdge
Have limits set by manager/owner on what admin staff can see, for example not seeing manager HR files. As some information admin/coordinaters should not have access to

Multi branch login
Jack Grice
There should be some way of viewing multiple branches with one account. Maybe some sort of dashboard view that allows the manager to view important info about their branches at one glance.

Add new user level for security
Marjaana Jokinen
A new user role for a "team manager" level between the current manager and carer levels. There are carers who do visit scheduling but should not see any other employee and report data that managers are allowed to see.

This needs to be improved.
Admin: has access to all the functions. OK
Manager: the manager will have access to all the functions in NurseBuddy aside from the Settings menu and creating new admins and managers.
OK but maybe the title needs to change to System Manager or something like that.
*NEED A NEW ROLE HERE:
(Care Manager maybe?) - We need a role that can schedule and set up clients for care but cannot do anything that impacts on invoicing and payroll etc. For example, access to invoicing and product dropdown needs to be separated from other scheduling settings.
Potentially you could create a Finance Manager and a Care Manager but if you did that you would have to facilitate people to be both a Finance Manager and a Care Manager (instead of the System Manager above).*
*NICE TO HAVE NEW ROLE HERE:
Care Scheduler/Schedule Manager:
Care Schedulers and On-Call Managers need access to all scheduling features but do not usually get involved with Care Management (e.g. Care Plans). Need access to the Schedule Page.*
Client Coordinator: The lowest level of manager, cannot access the schedule page. They can create client and carer profiles and schedule and assign visits in the client calendar. OK
