Ability to select a specific carer in Carer absences report

We need an easier way to choose a carer and to bring up a report to show all of their absences to be able to print off and show carers in supervisions etc.

This is an absolute must have. Worst case, can Nursebuddy not arrange for users to be able to export the date into CSV so we can sort it. Failing that, why can we not filter by individual carer as we can on client reports? Please advise
