Can we have a box to add what3words location- a lot of ambulance crews are asking for this info particularly if a rural location or alot of flats- a seperate box by address would really help when loading new clients

Hi Anne Leape have you tried to add this info in the 'Access to Home' field in the Client's profile? This way the information will be visible in the mobile app?

Rocio Solis Hi if we put keysafe details and how to access flat apartment( some clients have trade and keysafe codes to building) , the what 3 words won't fit in this box as not enough characters ?
