Cancel Care Plan Review

To answer your questions:
- Typically in NurseBuddy when you start a process it is not saved until you hit a save button. I was testing the Care Plan Review process now that you have made so many changes to the care plan but I am not a care manager so I didn't want to change anything on the care plan for the client I was looking at. However, after I tested out a few things, it seems the process is irreversible. Probably won't happen that often, but it is inconsistent with the way nearly every other feature in NurseBuddy works. People can always press a button by accident.
- Revert to the last published care plan and don't update the review dates etc. Basically as if I did nothing.
